Wine..ing Women
Sips, Tips, Clips and Girls Trips

It's been a charmed job, working in food and wine journalism, I admit it. I spend a good 35% of my time in Napa Valley, exploring, filming, interviewing and befriending some of the most amazing and passionate people in the wine industry. Thing is, if I don't share my discoveries and turn other people in Chicago onto my adventures, I don't feel complete.  With almost ten years in print journalism as Food and Wine Czar at the Chicago Reader then another three years producing "Taste", our 30-minute food and wine show on NBC5 Chicago, I have lots to talk about. I was also partner in one of the first web wine video channels, WineTasteTV.comYouTube channel, shot with my handy Flip.

And, as my friends have increasingly shared my intrigue with the world of wine, I am thrilled to launch this blog and mostly V-log, so you can follow my wine discoveries, adventures in California, my map to food and wine treasures and perhaps a guide to buying your own wine back here at home in Chicago. I also will post information on upcoming wine events you might want to attend, wine videos of the clever characters behind the labels and just about anything else you ask me about wine --and food.

Most of all, I'd be glad to help you learn more through private tastings, private wine classes and personal wine buying assistance.
Now, I post all of my content to my fun
